I thought I should backtrack a little and say “Hello!”
I am so excited to be here, and ready to get to work. This blog is a dream that I have had for a number of years. I have been in photography for around 30 years, working for other studios and then finally for myself for the past 12 years. I love working with people and getting them the portraits that they desire. I take this all very seriously and really want to get you the exact look you’re going for.
I have tended to photograph more of what is going on in my life it seems. I am heading into working with high school Seniors, I think since our oldest son is almost 17 and a Junior. I do a lot of work for Saving Death Row Dogs and also photograph for the Cat Association, Topeka Community Cat Fix, and Helping Hands Humane Society. It really makes me feel good to know that I am helping animals get adopted and be cared for. It warms my heart!
I will be working hard to keep busy with my blog, giving information. I have just launched beginning photography classes, called Shoot For The Moon photography classes. If you’re interested look on my facebook page for more information. I intend to give tips for improving your own snapshots and holiday photo memories.
Have a great rest of your day! We’ll talk again soon!
